Which data are processed

When submitting a form or contacting by email, data that the user has provided voluntarily are processed: name, contact details and the content of the inquiry. To ensure security, technical information about the request, including the IP address and the result of the anti-spam check, may also be processed briefly.

Purposes and legal basis

Data are processed in order to respond to the inquiry, discuss possible cooperation, protect the form from automated spam and maintain related business correspondence. The basis for processing is the user's consent, expressed by ticking the box before submitting the form, as well as actions at the user's request prior to concluding a contract.

How processing is carried out

Initial receipt of a submission is handled by a processor on a server located in the Russian Federation. The submission is forwarded to the operator's mailbox and is not stored in a separate database or CRM. For anti-spam checking, Cloudflare Turnstile is used: the service receives the necessary technical data and a verification token, but the form fields are not passed to it.

Analytics and local storage

Yandex Metrica loads only after explicit selection of "Allow analytics". After consent, the service may process information about viewed pages, transitions, device type, IP address and anonymised actions on the site, and may use cookies and localStorage. Name, contact and submission text are not transmitted to Metrica; Webvisor and form analytics are disabled. The choice is saved locally in the browser. To withdraw consent, delete akonnov.com site data in your browser settings; on your next visit the site will again request your choice.

Disclosure to third parties

Data are not sold and are not passed to third parties for their independent use. Technical processing may be performed by providers of server infrastructure, email, anti-spam protection and analytics to the extent necessary for the selected channel to function, or in circumstances prescribed by law.

Retention period and deletion

A submission and related correspondence are kept in the mailbox until communication is concluded and no longer than three years thereafter, unless a longer period is required by law or by contract. The user may withdraw consent, request details, correction, blocking or deletion of data by letter to admin@akonnov.ru. Requests are considered within the timeframes set by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Security

Form transmission is protected by HTTPS. Access to the server and mailbox is restricted; form content is not written to processor logs. Users should not send passwords, banking data or confidential documents via the form.

Amendments to this policy

The current edition is always available at https://akonnov.com/en/privacy/. This policy remains in effect until replaced by a new edition.
